1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Appluck website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Appluck provides Google Play market intelligence data, including app analytics, download trends, developer information, and category insights. The data is collected from publicly available sources and is provided for informational purposes.

3. Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account to access certain features.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must not share your account credentials with others.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

• The Service offers a free tier and a paid Pro subscription at $19.9/month or $79.9/year.
• All payments are processed securely by Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms of service when making a payment.
• Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the Account page or Stripe Customer Portal.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of purchase for refund requests.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until the end of their current billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service beyond normal API usage
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the data provided by the Service without prior written consent
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its systems
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding third-party app data), is owned by Appluck Limited. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

7. Data Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date data, we make no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the data. The data is provided "as is" and should not be the sole basis for business decisions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appluck Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any prepaid subscription fees for the remaining period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
